Terms and Conditions;

Deposit:

$500 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date of your event. Please note GST is added to all quotes.

Packages:

All our packages are designed using flowers within the season of your wedding. While that means you won’t necessarily get to choose the exact flowers in your package, the florals will reflect the style you have chosen with your floral package. To add in a particular special flower or foliage, we can incorporate this item for an extra cost.

Non-package flower quotes:

Our product is sourced from the highest quality and best growers/suppliers but please be mindful flowers are a perishable item and some flowers are not available due to seasonal quality and availability. In the event that this occurs we will substitute the product with a similar item in colour and shape. We will also notify you about the changes the week of purchasing the flowers.

Vessels and vases:

If you have hired these items from WEC then our hire policy applies to these items.

Changes to contract (Not applicable for flower packages):

You will receive the first and second quote free of charge. The second quote is where you make all your changes. If you require more changes after this then we charge an admin fee of $30 per change.

No changes to quote 30 days prior to the event.

Cancellation policy

In the event that you are cancelling your wedding or event our refund and cancellation policy with WEC florals is as follows:

All our deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your wedding 6 months or more prior to the wedding then we will refund you 70% of your total wedding payments made to date, not including the deposit. The 30% retained is to cover our administration costs.

In the event you are cancelling within the 6 months prior to the event then we will refund you 30% of the payments made to date, not including your deposit.

Payment Schedule

A non-refundable deposit of $500 is to secure the date. Following we require a further $500 paid by 6 months prior to the event date and the final remainder paid 30 days prior to your event date.

Early payments or lump sum payments are accepted.
